PIO gone wrong

I have been lucky to not have had any issues with the PIO at this point.  Even though this one look like it's painful, surprisingly, it didn't hurt at all.  I had this happen once with my first journey as well.  After I injected the needle, I aspirated it and saw some blood.  I withdrew the needle to change it out and re-do it.  Luckily, it worked just fine the 2nd time with no issues, but the next day I was left with this beautiful bruise.  : )  Still doesn't hurt, it's just ugly, as it's just all the blood that pooled under the skin from when I hit the blood vessel.  I'm glad I have a fairly large area I can use to inject, as I still have plenty of space to do future injections.
